Post-Divorce Financial Roadmap Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [Your Name/Business Name] ("Service Provider") and the individual purchasing the Post-Divorce Financial Roadmap program ("Client"). By completing the purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services as part of the Post-Divorce Financial Roadmap program:
- Access to a pre-session financial questionnaire.
- One (1) 60-minute one-on-one session with the Service Provider to review your financial situation and create a personalized action plan.
- Delivery of a customized Post-Divorce Financial Roadmap summarizing the recommendations and steps discussed during the session.
- Email support for two (2) weeks following the session to address questions related to the action plan.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
- The total cost of the program is $497, payable in full at the time of registration.
- Due to the personalized nature of this program, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
- If the Client needs to reschedule their session, they must notify the Service Provider at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session without a refund.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of the program, the Client agrees to:
- Complete the pre-session questionnaire and submit any relevant documents at least 2 weeks before the scheduled session.
- Actively participate in the one-on-one session and provide honest, accurate information about their financial situation.
- Implement the recommendations provided in the action plan to the best of their ability.
4. Confidentiality
The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client. Personal and financial details will not be shared with third parties without the Client's written consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitations and Disclaimer
- The Service Provider is not a licensed attorney, tax professional, or investment advisor. Recommendations provided during the session are for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, or investment advice.
- The Client is encouraged to consult with appropriate professionals for legal, tax, or investment matters beyond the scope of this program.
- Results from the program may vary based on the Client's unique financial situation and their implementation of the provided recommendations.
6. Scheduling and Session Policies
- Sessions will be conducted virtually, depending on the Client’s preference and availability of the Service Provider.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and a quiet space for the session if conducted virtually.
7. Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Client fails to meet their responsibilities or violates the terms outlined in this Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Service Provider and the Client regarding the Post-Divorce Financial Roadmap program. It supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
