GROUP DIVORCE COACHING:
From Stress to Strength:Â Self-Care for Confident Decision-Making
During Divorce
Tuesdays starting October 1st for 3 months at 9:30-10:30 AM ETÂ
Virtual Coaching on Zoom
Presented by Liesel Darby, Divorce Coach & Mediator
& Guest Tina Whaley, Health & Wellness Coach
Join us for this first divorce coaching module that will focus on self-care. This module is structured so that every other week there is education on a topic, followed by a week of support and coaching. You'll receive support as you practice and process what you learn.
During this module, we'll discuss ways to move stress out of the body and mind, how to eat for maximum benefit, the joy of movement, and the value of getting enough sleep. This will help you be in the best shape to deal with the stress of divorce, both during the process and after.
This program is limited to 12 participants.Â
What You'll Learn
Â
- How to get a good night’s sleep and why it's important
- Strategies to use food and movement as natural ways to heal yourself
- Techniques you can implement to shift your mindset from stress to peace
Who Should Attend
This 3 month group coaching program is ideal for anyone who identifies with any of the following:Â
- You're going through a divorce or are even on the other side of the signed court order,
and your thinking resembles a thick fog.  - You're sitting with your head in your hands at the kitchen table, blankly staring at the pile of unpaid bills, while the kids are eating hot dogs every night because you don’t have the energy to make a casserole, let alone go to the grocery store.
- You're still awake at 3 AM, as visions of the kids having more fun at their other parent’s house dance in your head, while trying to make big decisions about who gets what and how many days a week you will get to see the kids.
- Speaking of the kids, you snap at them for no reason. And your boss has made comments about the
number of mistakes you're making recently. - The stress is taking over your life, and there’s no end in sight. You wonder if you'll ever have a fun day again.Â
Does any of this sound familiar?
If so, you need this support and coaching to help you regain your sanity, one good night’s sleep at a time.
Benefits of AttendingÂ
Have a clear mind as you make big decisions during this stressful time.
Be able to be your best self as you deal with the ex, attorney, therapist, children’s teachers, kids, and anyone else you may interact with, both during and after your divorce.
Feel as good as possible as you navigate this difficult transition.
Group Coaching vs Individual CoachingÂ
Cost-Effective:
- For $397, you receive weekly support for 3 months – averaging around $132 per month as compared to individual coaching which costs $150 for one 45-minute session.
Extended Support and Interaction:
- With this program you’ll receive 3 months of coaching and support covering more material and providing extended learning and practice time than with one individual coaching session. You’ll benefit from interactions with other group members, enriching the learning experience through diverse perspectives and shared experiences.
Community and Networking:
- You’ll be a part of a supportive community where you can gain insights from the challenges and successes of others. You’ll be exposed to different viewpoints and experiences from various group members, providing broader insights and strategies than a one-on-one session.
